Deep from within the dreaming spires of Oxford University, two young minds were becoming restless. Having seen many gifted students squander their talent by leaping onto the next fast-approaching bandwagon of unchallenging jobs, Steven Lua and Alex Townsend couldn't help but notice the great void this left behind for many frustrated employers providing more stimulating opportunities.

Having pondered long and hard in trying to solve such a riddle they decided to turn philosophy into reality and co-founded Unitrove; and thus they were off on a mission to fulfil their vision of a modernised recruitment world.

What's in the name 'Unitrove'?

The word 'trove' means 'a valuable find'. It derives from 'treasure-trove' and often refers to a store of valuable or delightful things. Together with 'uni' we provide our clients with the key to unlock the hidden trove of talent from world-class universities.
