Steven Lua is Managing Director and Head of Operations at Unitrove. Recently he undertook a six-month consultancy project in London at Private Banking Index, where he assembled with many leaders of the finance industry as a prominent member of the Steering Committee for the development of a DC pension index. He holds a Masters degree in "Engineering, Economics and Management" from the University of Oxford, where he was voted one of the most influential characters in entrepreneurship.

Alex Townsend is Managing Director and Head of Technology at Unitrove. His most recent engagement took him to Cambridge Silicon Radio where he liased with senior directors to develop a bespoke project-management tool for their organisation. He is currently undertaking a Mathematics degree at Oxford University just having completed his penultimate year examinations with a distinguished score of 89%. He was Publicity Officer for the Oxford Mathematics Society for a year before he founded his own society for careers advice.
